Terms of Use

1. What the Site is

1.1. pochtikupil.ru (the “Site”) is a demo entertainment project that imitates an online store. Owner: Спицын Алексей Юрьевич (the “Owner”), contact alexey6522@mail.ru.

1.2. Nothing is sold on the Site: checkout, payment, delivery, courier tracking, points, promo codes, instalments, emails and staff messages are simulated. No money is charged and no goods are delivered. Nothing on the Site is a public offer or product advertising.

1.3. Products, brands, prices, ratings, sample reviews and images are fictional or generated by AI. Any resemblance to real products or brands is coincidental. Exchange rates are for reference only (Bank of Russia).

2. Acceptance

By using the Site you accept these Terms. By signing up you also accept the Personal Data Policy. Sign-up is for persons over 14; younger users act through their legal representatives.

3. Account

Accounts use a username and password — no phone or email needed; don’t put your phone number, email or other personal details into the username; you are responsible for keeping your password safe. You can download your data or delete the account at any time (“My data” in your account).

3.1. Virtual rubles

Payment on the Site is made in virtual rubles after signing in. Virtual rubles have no monetary value: they can’t be bought for real money, withdrawn, exchanged or transferred. The wallet is topped up for free with a button on the Site (once a day, up to 35,000 virtual rubles); a welcome bonus is credited at sign-up. “Installments” and “loans” are a game simulation: they are not a financial service, loan or credit agreement, and “interest”, “penalties” and the “key rate” are used only for in-game calculations. Deleting the account deletes the virtual balance and agreements. Rules and limits may change.

4. Reviews, questions and chat

Don’t post unlawful content, insults, threats, spam, ads, other people’s personal data, or your own passport or payment details. The Owner may hide content that breaks these rules. Replies from “store staff” and the chatbot are part of the simulation.

5. Content rights

Design, texts, images and code belong to the Owner or are used under free licences (fonts — SIL Open Font License; map data — © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). Commercial copying without the Owner’s consent is not allowed.

6. Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. The Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for decisions based on the Site’s demo information.

7. Miscellaneous

Russian law applies. The Owner may update these Terms; the new version applies from publication. Questions: alexey6522@mail.ru.
